1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Nest Cats website (nestcats.world) and the purchase of products through the Nest Cats webshop.

Nest Cats is the trade name and brand operated by Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o.
By placing an order through the webshop, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Prices
All products offered on the Nest Cats webshop are described with their essential characteristics, images and prices.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Prices do not include delivery costs, which are calculated separately and shown to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice; such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; handmade items may show natural variation in color, texture or size.
3. Ordering Process
Orders are placed through the webshop by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process.
An order is considered submitted once the Customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of unavailable stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if the delivery address cannot be verified. The Customer will be notified and any payment already made will be refunded.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank card through the Monri Payments payment system.
Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. does not store full card numbers or card security codes; card data is processed directly by the payment service provider in accordance with applicable security standards.
The order is processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
5. Delivery
Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. delivers to the following delivery zones:
- Croatia
- Europe
- Rest of the World
Applicable delivery costs and estimated delivery times for the relevant zone are shown to the Customer during checkout, before the order is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (customs procedures, courier delays, force majeure).
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Croatian consumer protection law, Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days from the day they (or a third party indicated by them) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. of their decision by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail to Dubrovniks.cats@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires.
The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless stated otherwise.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products produced according to the Customer’s specifications (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), such as items made with a customer-provided photograph or design.
7. Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs from choosing a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw, or from receipt of the returned goods, whichever is later.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
8. Complaints and Legal Guarantee
Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. is responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods in accordance with applicable Croatian and EU consumer protection law, which provides a legal guarantee period of two (2) years from delivery.
Complaints regarding defective, damaged or incorrect products may be submitted by e-mail to Dubrovniks.cats@gmail.com, including the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant.
The Seller will respond to complaints within the time limits prescribed by applicable law.
9. Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers in the European Union have the right to submit a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Consumers may also contact Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. directly at Dubrovniks.cats@gmail.com to resolve any dispute.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nest Cats website, including designs, images, logos, text and product artwork, is the property of Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Personal Data
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the website and webshop is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, published on the website.
13. Changes to these Terms
Dubrovnik’s Cats d.o.o. may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the one published on the website at the time the order is placed.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence, where applicable under EU law.
